By using the Airboat Catamaran website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Airboat Catamaran website and all orders placed with Airboat Catamaran.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

2. Products and Specifications

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Our airboat catamarans are built to order. Dimensions, payload capacity, and performance figures are approximate and may vary based on configuration, materials, and operating conditions.

3. Orders

Placing an Order:

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a written order and deposit
All orders are subject to acceptance by Airboat Catamaran

Custom Orders:

Custom sizes, materials, and specifications are available
Please contact us for details and pricing

Deposit:

A deposit (typically 30—50%) is required to begin production

Balance:

The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipment

Order Cancellation:

Orders cancelled after production has started may be subject to a cancellation fee
The cancellation fee will be calculated based on work completed and materials ordered

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
Prices are ex-works (excluding shipping, import duties, and taxes) unless otherwise agreed
We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed in writing
Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
We ship products to the agreed port or location
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed port
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

6. Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation:

Orders cancelled after production has started may be subject to a cancellation fee

Returns:

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or not as specified

Defective Products:

If a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, repair or replace the product at our discretion

7. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our airboat catamarans against material or manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to normal use and proper maintenance.

What is covered:

Material and manufacturing defects
Structural integrity of the platform

What is not covered:

Engines and third-party components (covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties)
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident
Modifications made without our approval

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption
Products are sold "as is" without warranty beyond the specific terms agreed in writing
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use, operation, or maintenance

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Airboat Catamaran and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
